When will the world wake up to these sick b @ stards. To those who comment on "How many times is this going to be published? I post five times a day, or even to begin to fill the number of lives ruined by these Sicko. Not to mention the millions they have killed.

  2. April says:

I'm glad I'm not a Catholic. This shit is beyond shameful. People can follow, and on, and what it means to be Catholic and that is insulated from all this and has nothing to do with being a real Catholic is …… but if the Catholic Church does not practice what we believe and what they really stand for, what difference does. The Catholic Church is being destroyed by people who are supposed to maintenance.

  3. Bopped says:

That story breaks my heart. After the Church demanded a little more, we'll start to hear more stories about how these "settlements" are "destroy" the church.
The settlements are not "destroy" the church. The measures taken by the Church, destroyed. If the Catholic Church goes bankrupt because they can not pay settlements ….. That might be a good thing … perhaps should have considered this when protected generations of pedophiles.
Maybe they need to revisit its rules of celibacy. Completely certain that the need to revisit their hiring practices of its personnel and disciplinary practices.

  4. Furious Blue says:

They say it was an isolated incident (the latest of hundreds of "isolated incidents"), will blame the government of Ireland, which they hide and reassign abusers so they can continue abusing, and will throw money to silence victims and trying to discredit those who refuse to accept it. We've all seen this pattern again and again - we know what to expect.

  5. Bibigirl says:

This has been swept under the rug for decades. A nun admitted to dozens of children buried in the courtyard of the convent. The girls were released years ago, and cried out that something be done about rape and sexual abuse that were submitted by the priests.

  6. Adam in Chains says:

Religion primarily about control, once you set the control of abuse and personal agendas of some of the "servants Gods" can take place, perhaps the Pope Hitler Youth really respond to these deplorable acts of evil, again no breathing.

  7. The Violator! says:

Hmmm, el método tradicional es mi conjetura:
      1. A holy 'than thou attitude "along with …
      2. A vow of silence.
The silence seems to work much better than the vow of chastity, eh? I suppose that sexual frustration is likely to be an important factor!
      ;)

  8. Mejoliza says:

Of course you will be responsible for this incident, like the rest of the sexual abuse cases handled before ..
will have an apology and pay the victim familys rotate the extrajudicial settlement of pedophiles to a new location where the monsters are hunting for victims innocet other ..

  9. im_foxyg says:

Do not stop until the church stops paying everyone off.
Slap the preists crimminal in jail!
I'd never send a child to the Catholic Church to be disturbed!
I also have nothing to do with religion. It is evil.

  10. Major Tom says:

I imagine the Vatican or refuse on the grounds that they know nothing about the same way they did with every other pedophile scandals.

  11. Upasakha Jason says:

There is no better or worse than any other organized religion. Makes you wonder who is watching the watchers.

  23. SACRVS ROMANVS MILITIS says:

It's so funny how everyone is blaming the Church, as if the Pope was standing there, ordering them to beat people. All those damn atheists love to take advantage of this type of situation.
The issue here is not the Church but the mood in Ireland!

  24. Jared says:

How many times many more is this going to be published?

  25. Dear Dogma says:

No need to turn … Ranked 10th in the last hour from the construction of this response.
I can see the story today is the investigation of abuses that took place in Catholic institutions in Ireland and the subsequent "cover up" by church officials, so I'm building a generic response that you can copy and paste the crowd anti-Catholic Q I expect to see today.
The physical and emotional abuse in the first place will make you more clear is condemned by Catholicism. Catholics who practice this indecency is guilty of an offense against God and his fellows. Cualquier persona culpable de obstruir la justicia en esta materia también está condenado por la enseñanza de las iglesias, además de cualquier falso testimonio en sus reclamos contra esas mismas personas si no son verdaderamente culpables.
Then group all the officials of the Church and all Catholics, in the case of these alleged offenders is also an injustice, as is the condemnation of Catholicism based on the actions of these few that if guilty, thus confirming the teachings of the Church. The magisterium claims to be infallible when teaching on faith and morals, and all the above acts are correctly identified as immoral.
These acts are immoral period, not only because the Church says they are, but because they really are. They are immoral for theist and atheist alike, and rightly punished to the full extent of the law.
On the sensitive issue of forgiveness and eternal salvation … If repentance is accompanied with adequate penance and restitution, trust God's mercy.

  26. Bruce says:

You can be sure that the Church will not "spin" anything. They will try to restore justice by what a few criminals did in acting on the total rejection of Catholic teaching, the current impoverishment of Catholic ministries.
Given our experience of America, here are some facts that will doubtless arise:
      1. Any abuse that have been committed by a small percentage of religious, probably less than 1% of the keepers of orphaned children.
      2. Any sexual abuse have killed at least 40 years ago, the article says that the benefits have gone to men aged 50-80 years old.
      3. An industry of manufacturing the victim will be memories to take advantage of the repairs an average of $ 90,000 per person.
      4. Anti-Catholic tar and feathers of all the Catholic leaders of the misdeeds of a handful of clergy who are now deported or moved to a superior court.
      Cheers,
      Bruce
