Catholic::: What is your favorite prayer to say?

I love the Remember
Remember O most gracious Virgin Mary, who never knew that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help or sought your intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence to fly until you virgin or virgin mother. To you we come, before thee we kneel, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate despise not our petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer us. Amen.

  1. Tasha says:

I agree with the faith … the Chaplet of Divine Mercy is my favorite. In particular, the final sentence:
"Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion - inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult times might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is love and mercy itself. "

  2. Adam (of the wired) says:

    the Apostles' Creed
      Benedictine prayer
and the prayer of confession at the beginning of the mass
      I confess to almighty God
and for my brothers and sisters
I have sinned through my own faults
      in what I've done
and what I have left undone
and I ask the Blessed Mother ever Virgin
      all the angels and saints
      and my brothers and sisters
pray for me to the Lord our God,

  3. says:

I love The Chaplet of Divine Mercy.

  4. robert C says:

Apart from the mass for me is the final sentence, I love the Nicene Creed

  5. Christop says:

The Lord's Prayer. It is a beautiful prayer that Jesus gives us the same.
