Jesus had brothers and sisters. But after Jesus was born of Mary was free to have sex with her husband. This makes it still a virgin when Jesus was born. Jesus is the oldest, and the first born.
Really do not know the Catholic version. This I understand in the KJV.

Since Joseph was a bit older than Mary, it is considered that these were his children from a previous marriage?
Jesus often refers to people as "my brothers".
"Those who believe in me are my brothers and sisters and mothers" (sorry, can not pull the book chapter and verse from the top of my head)

The Catholic Church and the Lutheran Church established a commission to study to Mary in the New Testament. The shock was that there was very little disagreement between them. The problem exists with the word of brothers and sisters. The same word is used for step-siblings and cousins. Moreover, some passages are meaningless if they were literal brothers and sisters.
