Romans 3:23?
Paul tells us through the Holy Spirit's illumination that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.
Catholics say that Mary never sinned.
The Bible says one thing, the Catholic Church says another,
trusted?
I'm not trying to fight with the Catholics, I was raised Catholic and the rest of my 5 bros and sis are still Catholics. I just want to be sure of their faith and be able to defend with facts, not just "that's what I've always believed," he replies.

Mary did not die? If we can not ask!
"Therefore as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and so death passed upon all men because all sinned
(For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
Yet death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned in the likeness of Adam's transgression, which is the figure that was to come. "
So we have all sinned in Adam.
And since "the wages of sin is death", so they all die.
Mary did not die? - Then, of course, he died because he had no sin.
But Christ, "delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:
Whom God raised, having loosed the pains of death because it was not possible to be held by it. "
It is not possible because, of course, Christ had no sin. Death therefore could not hold.
"Christ suffered for us …
Who did no sin … "
Because "God demonstrates His own love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
Note also that he "gave up the ghost."
If I had not given voluntarily to death, renounce their spirit, (by us) then it could have died, having never sinned, nor the sin of Adam had happened to him.
It is strange that Roman Catholics to honor Mary and to make her a goddess to say that has not sinned. That would necessarily mean that it therefore remains in the ground and not be able to enter heaven.
As that implies that it does not seem to have thought out correctly - that the facts are rather against them!
But why is it important? Certainly, as long as we try to live our lives as Jesus taught us, we are doing God's will. Is not that what we go? I can not understand why he bothered with Catholicism, Protestantism, and all other divisions of Christianity. Did not Jesus say to worship only God and try to live according to His will? If we all do that, nothing else matters right? I do not consider myself a member of any Christian church in particular, but following the teachings of Jesus is a life pattern. You need not really have strong religious feelings of all.
You should hear what the Bible says and not to a church that likes to add things! I am a Christian. And when the Bible was written it was written that way for a reason. And you know that your car is not fair to the man in turn and add things. Everyone can not always interpret the Bible as they want. That's why I seek refuge in God. And you go with him for everything. Why do not you ask him and see what he says!
Mary was sinless and was in need of redemption from it like any other human being who has lived Son.
There is no tradition and scripture.
Scripture is the norm.
The tradition is only that tradition.
There is something called sola Scriptura. The translation of this is Scripture alone.
I'm going with the writing.
Luke 1:47 also says that Mary said in God my Savior. Save for what? His sins.
I agree with Redbone and the Bible. The Bible is not defective. It is the inspired Word of God and has no error. We all sin according to Romans 3:23. That includes Mary that led to our Savior Jesus Christ, the Son of God. You should try to discuss this matter with members of her family too. They have been following the wrong church. CHURCH OF CHRIST not teach what is wrong according to Scripture. God would not allow it. Have a great day!
Thank you,
Eds
But he still believes that other things that are not in the Bible, such as Scripture single term, Trinity, the Incarnation …
I think Tebon responded perfectly.
Exactly, Abel.
the Bible is infallible, nor any church-including the Catholic Church. The Bible says all have fallen short of the glory of God. Someone once said: "What does this mean? - ALL MEANS ALL That's it all means. " Mary was chosen by God because of its closeness to the Lord and humility, not because she was perfect. The Bible also says that no one righteous. When Christ died on the cross and shed his blood to replace our unjust rags in a mantle of justice. This includes Mary.
Sin was created by man
If Mary sin, then the Bible is inaccurate - does not mean that their lies.
The only thing that is important about Jesus are the words and the stories he told, not him or his mother, etc.
NOTE: Not to be adored and treated like gods, like any human being is put in place of God is the Anti Christ - a position that Jesus and Mary who currently have …
I was also raised Catholic, but now that I have studied the manuscripts of more than 35 years, I know what I was taught was so far from the Scriptures, which surprised me, frankly.
Heck, I even believed for years that Eve ate an apple and actually it was his sin. If you start someone with a lie, theres no way they will understand the rest of the Bible.
To answer your question, Mary was a very good woman, was especially obvious in the eyes of God who has chosen his destiny so incredible that was his life. That said, any person who is still in this body of flesh is no sin, we all fall short of the glory of God, and Scripture does not say "we all fall short with the exception of Mary." We all fall short, period. Mary included. I am sure that Mary prayed and repented of his faults like us all, and certainly never try to take away everything that was and is in the eyes of God and all who are Christians.
God does not like when they tell lies, even when these lies are told with good intentions. A lie remains a lie, the truth remains the truth. Mary, is being considered by the Word of God, would probably have a real problem with people saying he had never sinned in the flesh. I think she would also appreciate a church that told the truth, right?
Since the sin in the garden, each person is born a sinner, what this means is that we have a sinful nature from us, Noah was born a sinner, but the grace of God found in Noah, Mary was born a sinner, that is the why God the same as the seed of Jesus Christ in a unsinful uterus without sexual intercourse to give birth to Jesus Christ. If Jesus had been born in the sex act, then not fulfill the title of Messiah. Any person born by the sexual act is born in sin. Jesus was not conceived by sexual intercourse, nor Jesus is in Mary's womb that he had sinned in his own breast, God has created only for the purpose of Jesus being born, another perfect belly inside Mary. No blood of Mary, always when in the veins the blood of Jesus, Mary Bllod stop spinal unbelical. Nothing we are in sin that could have been Jesus Christ, and that the seed of Jesus' conception of God and a sinless womb that God has created just for Jesus was born.
Catholics have been around much longer then any other churches. Given some time I am sure that many of our beloved Protestant doctrines will be equally screwed.
The reason that happens is that we place our faith and trust in God. The church is impressive, but not God. All believers in Christ, the work completed on the cross are the true church. We are free to worship where and when we want. Building Division has no value and creates all sorts of unpleasant side effects.
I agree with you today. (See my profile, too). I went to church to 'Catholic for a few months, but there was also structural defects, praying to Mary is not one of them.
Mary can not remember hearing "never sinned" however.
Mary was the "Immaculate Conception", which had no original sin. When the Bible says in Luke "Hail Mary full of grace" was. They are full of grace, we are sinners. Being filled with the grace of God can not have sin in them.
With Mary, God gave him - out of their own goodwill - all of his grace to Mary.
Now, why do it? Indeed, who else in the Bible, including Mary, was never declared to be full of the grace of God? The answer: none! Only Mary was declared "full of grace."
So we have to watch the Old Testament to understand why the Lord HAD to do this to Mary!
Remember the Ark of the Covenant? What was on the Ark? The 10 Commandments. Are not the 10 commandments of the Word of God? What happened to the people in sin touched the Ark of the Covenant with the Word of God in him? He died!
Now it is impossible to be more reasonable in consideration of this fact and its application to the New Covenant. "Jesus is the Word of God? Did Jesus is sinless and holy? Who will carry Jesus in her womb?
If Mary has sin in it, what happens when God gives His Holy Spirit in it and the Word of God takes up residence in her womb? It would not be consumed as it touched the Ark of the Covenant?
Since Mary is going to bring the Word of God in it for nine months, as the New Ark of the Covenant, she can not have sin within her or she will be consumed by the Holy Spirit!
Furthermore, if Jesus did not inherit the original sin, God stopped this process generational Mary that Jesus receives from your blood is pure and without sin.
Find the truth for us is not easy to do, especially when it seems to conflict with other religious groups. I think the answer is to look at ourselves. See I know I am a sinner and what this scripture means to me. It's hard not to judge others when there is a question as what you have there. Not sure about the truth of Catholic doctrine, but if your journey is leading you to the Bible I would believe that any human being. I hope that helps.
Do not know.
But are you sure what really matters?
I am neither Catholic nor Fundementalist, but I think that both groups try to answer questions about God and Jesus and what it means to be Christian.
And sometimes, they will come into conflict with angles. But that really does not discredit any of them.
B I B L E, that is the book for me! anyway. the Bible is always right, never has and never Borke a promise:) God is always right. "I am the way, the truth, the way, no one comes to the Father except through me" forgot where, but its hes the truth! and marriage was a human being so he did sin. only God is perfect and he decided to marry to be their mother earth, because God had planned and knew what was best. Hope that helped.
The Scripture says it all …
All have sinned, that means that all …
I can tell by the responses that there are different comments that are not the answer to your question, let me turn to some of them.
As for the Immaculate Conception of Mary, I must admit I find it strange that this very important doctrine was proclaimed only in 1864 by Pope IX pious???
Having said this is not really surprising when you look at the history of the Roman Catholic Church.
In response to San J. .. Originally the church was the church (ie the people) who taught and lived by the Scriptures and alone, but over time we can find many different things that were introduced under the guise of tradition (which will provide a list of some the end of this response), then the result is that now we have a church that is far removed from the original, therefore, reform, reform only means that a re-forming of the Church, according to scripture.
Now with regard to Mary, she was blessed among women, yes, yes, of course, yes, she was without sin? No. Was he full of grace * * Tebon by definition means without sin? When Luke does not say this, or any other book in the Bible, for that matter … Grace is the unmerited favor of God that every Christian receives the
Let's look at the motivation of Tebon, Christians today are simply forgiven sinners who still has sin indwelling God in them and yet still live???
Below is a list of additions in the centuries that have been added by the Roman Catholic Church, which dilute and complicate the simple gospel of Christ, and in some cases completely contradict Scripture.
For example, the Mass was first celebrated daily around 394 AD and gradually became a sacrifice through the 11th century and Pope Innocent III in 1215 declared transubstantiation, ie the 'wafer' and wine in communion become the literal body and blood of Jesus and as such, the sacrifice of Jesus at every Mass., however, Scripture teaches that Jesus was sacrificed once, just once, because once was enough.

If you take the verse literally then Jesus would also have the stain of original sin.
Paul's comment seems to have one of two meanings. You may not refer to absolutely everyone, but only to the mass of mankind (which means that young children and other special cases, like Jesus and Mary, be excluded, without having to be indicated). If not, then this would mean that everyone without exception, is subject to original sin, which is true for a young child, for the unborn, including Mary, but she, though due to being attached to it, was preserved by God his and his patch.
Peace!
"Look! With error I was brought forth in travail,
And in sin my mother conceived me. "- Psalms 51:5
"Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world and death through sin, and so death passed upon all men because all have sinned." - Romans 5:12
The only people who have been right are Adam, Eve and Jesus. Compared with the first couple, Jesus never lost his perfection.
You can rely solely on the Bible.
I agree with you. You must be able to defend what they believe shows quotes from the Bible.
If all have sinned. The Catholic Church made Mary sinless classified as early in its history because she was the mother of Jesus.
In Luke 1:26-38it reads:
The birth of Jesus announced
26in the sixth month, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, 27 to a virgin betrothed to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin's name was Mary. 28The angel went to her and said, Hail, thou that art highly favored, the Lord is with you. "
29Mary was troubled by his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be. 30 But the angel said: Fear not, Mary, have found favor with God. 31You will be with child and bear a son, and they'll give you the name of Jesus. 32He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of David his father, 33 and reign over the house of Jacob forever and his kingdom will never end. "
34 "How can this be," Mary asked the angel, "since I am a virgin?"
35The angel answered, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called [a] the Son of God. 36Even Elizabeth your relative is going to have a son in his old age, and who was said to be barren is in her sixth month. 37For nothing is impossible with God. "
38 "I am the servant of the Lord," said Mary. "Let me according to thy word." Then the angel left her.
Notes:
1. Luke 1:35 or so, the child must be born will be called holy,
that the Bible says that Mary was sinless, so she was in Gods favor.
How the Catholic Church is about beliefs depends upon them, we must learn to read God's word to us and to learn about what God wants to show. Of course we have to listen to our spiritual leaders, as they may have something to teach.
I realize that this is not a very good response, but I hope undersyand where I come!
If you are not trying to fight against Catholics why you're trying to fight withh Catholics? What is?
I trust Jesus.
Non-Catholics.
Catholics should read the Sermon on the Mount …..
Genesis 3:15 gave the first hint of the virgin birth. It would be a union of the two natures became God-man, Jesus Christ. Thus the prophecy was fulfilled.
The Scripture says that the angel Gabriel came to her and said, Hail, favored one that art the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women and how lucky for her that God would use it.
God is sovereign and chose Mary to the end that Man-God in the world. God is a spirit of Mary and used for meat. She had not been touched by a man in the physical sense, for the moment.
She was a servant of the Lord. It was conceived in sin, because she had human parents. Since I was a human being I had never sinned in his life for herself: "My soul magnifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior." If she is without sin, why do we need a Savior? Luke 1:47
I hear the word of what the gods said. If not aligned with his word, then do not listen to what anyone says about the Lord and what he says.
