What Jesus said to his mother on the cross?
Jesus told the woman his mother behold your son then said to the disciple, Behold thy mother. Mary had Childern others after Jesus how can pray to Mary? Why only Catholic wornding.
- Catholics: Is this place the disciples of Jesus as equal to Jesus' mother Mary?
- Catholics Come Let Us Reason Together. Mary is truly Mother of God?
- Is there any sight of Honor of the Mother of Jesus to Mary in the Bible?
- If Mary, the Mother of Jesus was without sin, as stated by the Catholic faith, then why …?
- Why Catholics idolize Mary?

Even in film, they took young John and the other women on the cross to produce a Catholic response.
Always woman named Mary, not to be worshiped.
She said the woman behold your son. John behold your mother. This apostle of youth should be adopted by Mary, who already had 4 children.
In the Babylonian religion the religion of the Romans. There were three dominant gods Isis and Horus Seb.
IHS, familiar look. Semiramis She fell from the sky in an egg, it was also known as Astarte (Easter) I will stop writing this book, those elected can connect the dots.
"I will not be home for dinner tonight."
That what you say is true … as Jusus committed some sins and suffered so even after the sins Commite still pray to him, the fact that we must pray without beign humain, but only the light of God that Jesus described as God is the light
hmmm …. the answer is: not hear you - speak up! (All this because the sound and the shouts of the crowd … including the orders of the Roman soldiers and prayers and more of the same sounds … - people, children, elderly, youth and mass hysteria .. . etc…) to think about it … not be able to hear - nothing … either. Case closed. Next question, please, please.
See you on the other side?
giggle giggle … … giggle
I am not Catholic, but I would hope that the woman who was pure enough to be selected to be the mother of the human form of Christ should be venerated in some way.
Although, I must admit I was not able to move from the sculpture and the whole statue thing of the Catholic Church.

Sorry. I've read the whole question before answering, because I can not give an honest answer. We, as Protestants do not pray to Mary or the Saints, because Jesus told us that the only way the Father is in me.
He confided to her mother to a disciple rather than their unbelieving brethren. Our family on earth is temporary. Our spiritual family is forever, so Jesus took the decision accordingly. God bless you!
Catholics believe that the only way the father is through Jesus, but that does not mean we can not ask others to pray for us. Listed on who you ask people to pray for us is Mary and the saints in heaven.
Mary does not get to the height of equality of God, neither is considered a god or goddess.
Jesus had no brothers and sisters through Mary, because Mary was ever virgin, past, present, and today.
The reason given by him to Mary in the care of St. John is because no siblings begin to care for her.
The Catholic Church knows this because we actually experienced the events they relate. Do not just read about it in a book, 2000 years later.
In particular, St. John had many disciples and founded many churches. He passed along what he knew for certain, to his successors. They continue to pass along this truth for us today.
We appeal to Mary in our cases, due to the fact that 1) is alive in heaven with his son, Jesus, 2) which is much closer to Jesus than we ever could be, 3) who always helped him with his work of redemption while here on earth, and 4) and that Mary is truly the mother of Jesus, and Jesus is truly our brother by adoption in baptism, that Mary is truly our mother by adoption, and is perfectly appropriate for us to honor her, and for help.
Catholics do not do anything out of ignorance. The Holy Spirit was promised to the Catholic Church by Christ, as the Spirit of Truth.
It is to those who embrace faith traditions, relatively recent, based solely on limited information and false teachers, who do things out of ignorance …. as the casting into question the character and holiness of the Mother of God.
May God have mercy on our souls.
perhaps, he said,''I love you, Mom.''Jesus loved Mary very much, and she was a good mother.maybe Jesus really appreciated, I had a good mother.and maybe he was proud to be your are . and maybe, said,''Thanks.''and that Mary was so good and kind to him, and loved as Jesus loved dearly.just get dearly.you only one mother in this Jesus was blessed with a mother life.and wonderful.
Get me down from here.
What Rick said
LOL at the responses so far. It's funny how many believe shit that has no biblical basis when they were told by a priest or pastor, but when he told the Bible to the maximum stated in writing that is an allegory and mystery that ended lower and say it's fanatically literal, literally, the inerrant word of God in everything, as if God was bipolar and divided against itself.
Of the seven last statements of the cross (the menorah seven with two gods (God, my God) in it), which speaks to his mother and the disciple, John 19:26,27 Jesus (which John plays two parts, and therefore there are two resurrections in it) … What's talked with Mary and John are, above all, "says:" (Mary) and he says, "(John), in particular with an exclamation mark to denote its appeal to both.
As for "he loved" in Jn 19:26 is both his mother and the disciple. Even the Herodians who had sent him to the Pharisees said he had no respect of persons of any kind.
To his mother, "he says" "Woman, behold your son." Notice he did not say, mother, or mother, but "woman" to "his mother Mary. "Woman" the Bible is a derogatory term for "woman", being "cheated" was in the transgression (sin, the law: 1 John 3:4): 1 Tim 2:14. And first, the "woman" in Numbers 5:22, and then all the people in Nehemiah 8:6, who can say, let alone a doubleminded "Amen, amen" to be both blessing and curse, and in particular for their priest, perhaps why Paul said he did not have a "woman" to teach but to learn in silence. Not to mention when you said your mother is standing without, in search of him, wanting to see and speak with him, the "answer" and "said" said "Who is my mother?" , And, pointing around a crowd of his disciples, said: "Behold my mother," noting also the clarity in Mt 12 and Mk 3, "whoever does the will of my Father in heaven" and in Luke 8, "they (the disciples) that [both] hear the word of God and do it" were his mother. Mary obviously did not, and wanted to give instructions (sent by God) rather than learn the skill of this master.
So when he says: "Woman, behold your son", ie allegorically to Mary his mother, the woman (also an allegorical expression of the Church), look what the law is not law, to me, and for all the kingdom of God, if "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree" (Galatians 3).
And then, "he says," For the disciple (standing with 3 Marías): "Behold your Mother." Note also that is derogatory, as both John and Mary. And, "he says," is the reverse of mirrorly "he says," as well as a mirror image is the image, it's as if Jesus comes from the other two parts plays, especially in the Gospel of John, which is especially the gospel dble only "true truth."
The "grace of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
Jesus has no brothers or sisters CURRENT. If this were true, it would fall on them to care for Mary. So Jesus said to John (the disciple to be martyred not only) to see his mother. Mary was the mother of John. In saying this, Jesus was calling Mary (Mother of God), our spiritual mother.
Typology in Scripture is Jesus called the new Adam. What do you mean by this is that it is a new creation because of Jesus but also, because of Mary as well. Adam and Eve were the beginning of the human race (physically). Jesus and Mary are the beginning of the "new creature" (spiritual) when we accept Jesus Christ.
In creating the serpent deceived Adam and Eve and the Lord said unto the serpent would not have "enmity" (the hatred of sin) for her and her seed. Mary always accepted the will of the Lord and as the Mother of God ( "Full of Grace"), conceived without sin (Immaculate Conception). This truth was reaffirmed by Lorde, France, when Siberous Bernadette saw visions of Mary, the Immaculate Conception. Over 100 medical miracles attributed to him and more than 200 medical inexplicable cures have occurred in the last 150 years. The movie The Song of Bernadette became very popular and I recommend you see it as a historical fact.
Prayer is simply communication with the spiritual realm. Prayer is not limited to God or angels. Catholics do not worship Mary, but his honor as the Mother of God. Mary is the only man without sin. God would not allow his Son born of a woman with every stain of sin.
The truth of the Catholic Church is the true Church of Christ is demonstrated by the fact that Catholics outnumber all other Christian denominations combined. This is not by chance but by Divine Providence. The Scripture says in Acts that each day were added to those who were being saved.
These pins are tickled.
It turns out that Jesus was giving Mary to the care of John the disciple (who was not his biological child).
Note: I'm not Catholic (I do not pray to Mary).
Sincerely,
JOHN
It's just a Catholic belief that Mary, by virtue of Jesus bearing, somewhat more than other women. Scripture is not compatible with this statement … but this has done nothing to stop the deification of a human being at a level equal to that of God. What goes against everything that Scripture tells us.
In Catholicism, Mary was chosen by God to conceive Jesus by the Holy Spirit, ie without having sex with a man, like a normal woman would conceive a child. So it is considered a saint, therefore, regardless of normal life after Jesus had.
Catholics do a lot of ignorance. They do what the priests say. No person should read, not even the angels.
"Hey mom, I think I see your house from here!"

Jesus was asking John to look after his mother, but Mary had other children at that time had not realized that Jesus was the Massiah
Many believe as I do, that Mary had no other children. In the translation of the Bible, the word very close cousin of the brothers, also the fact that in those days was the family of the family.
BTW - non-Catholics to pray to Mary, some people pray through Mary. Mary (as any mother) often asks Interceed to go to our aid. and once we went to his mother when he had done something wrong it aside with your dad or to ask for help in the final outcome of your father would be proud. Catholics, respect and love Mary more than most other denominations, however - they know she is nothing without having become the servant of God and Mother of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
St. John was the cousin of Jesus … everyone should know that. Jesus said this means that we can contemplate our Mother. I do not know where he got the idea that Mary had other children, but we must find a better translation of the Bible. Who does Jesus love the best of all mankind? His mother, of course! In case you do not want us to love as he loves her? Does not make sense to get the mother to the request of his Son for our needs in the way Jesus told the people of Cana DO AS THE WOMEN! (fill the jars with water). If Jesus is going to listen to someone, it makes sense that he listened to his mother (who prays for our intentions) rather than hear the prayers and petitions of sinners.
Some things in life are bad
That can really make you mad
Other things just make you swear and curse.
When you chew the cartilage of life
Do not complain, give a whistle
And this will help things go for the best …
And … always look on the bright side of life …
Always look the bright side of life …
If life seems jolly rotten
Something I forgot
And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing.
When you're feeling in the dumps
Do not be silly chumps
Just purse your lips and whistle - that's the thing.
And … always look on the bright side of life …
Always look the bright side of life …
For life is quite absurd
And death is the last word
You should always face the curtain with a bow.
Forget about your sin - give the audience a grin
Enjoy it - it's your last chance, anyway.
So always look on the bright side of death
Just before you draw your terminal breath
Life is a piece of [poop]
When you look at it
Life is a laugh and death's a joke, it's true.
You'll see it's all a show
Keep 'em laughing as you go
Just remember that the last laugh is on you.
And … always look on the bright side of life …
Always look on the right side of life …
(Come on guys, cheer up!)
Always look on the bright side of life …
Always look on the bright side of life …
(Worse things happen at sea, you know.)
Always look on the bright side of life …
(I mean - What you got to lose?)
(You know, you come from nothing - you're going back to nothing. What have you lost? Nothing!)
Always look on the right side of life …
