As I understand, at least in the U.S., which are concurrent. In other words, a seminary education * * includes a college or university education.
There are also workshops in high school - but I believe that graduates are expected to attend college-level seminary to become priests.

You go to college, then go to school, seminary, I think.

I work in a school by a school of the seminary - All the priests I know has a university degree (most have more than one)
