All Christians Steal Things when you have for dinner? (Question really!) Please Help!?
Okay, so I invited the new pastor (his name is Dr. Poe and has a degree in comparative religion at Georgetown University. So not only some Nutter) Lutheran Church on Fourth Avenue. dinner at home with the hope of stimulating a philosophical discussion of the metaphysical nature of transcendental meditation on contemporary religious thought. I am an atheist, but I am always interested in ideas and beliefs of others and always treat them with respect is not always respond in kind. Some are very rude and abusive always telling about how I'm going to hell or otherwise, but that's the way it goes. Long story short, the Rev. pulls one of those who have a sudden headache and makes things extremely after dessert and while I'm washing until I realize that I am now short a salad fork, two tablespoons of soap and decor half bath off the living room. This happened after I had a Catholic priest last year in Santa Maria (two teaspoons of things (!) And a linen napkin) and have not been the same between us since then. I was hoping to start over with a new sect, ie, Lutheran, but now I'm not so sure. How should I handle this? I am dejected and reluctant to trust the most religious types.

Well, I'm glad you learned a lesson about allowing religious types in his house. Once my mother to visit (which is Baptist) and when he left, I realized I needed a sofa and a trundle bed, 52 "flat screen TV and my pepper mill.

I regret that this ruined the way we see the Christians and that things were stolen from you. We are not thieves, and these men would be dishonest. Please do not think all Christians are like that! You give him another chance, and hopefully you find an honest preacher who can be trusted.
Not all Christians do not steal cookware. There is a simple command for all Christians "Though shalt not steal". If you think he did that is breaking a commandment and not good for him. I personally am a Christian and I have never stolen anything in my life.
My exwife Catholic, took the car, furniture, my girlfriend and my tools. I'm not sure what hurts more the bride or of the instruments.

How naive it is like saying all atheists are thieves because one or two of them are, I think you are looking for an excuse to bash all Christians, but I sincerely believe that some all for some reason see it as the theft why I do not know because if anything, then it's stealing, but some of them have this crazy idea to have an element that has no value for what they think is not stealing if it doen't have any value for them as a way to make money, but simply to have an item to use that object to pray for the person who carried out or touch the item, while praying, but do not believe this at all, not to steal an item that is totally wrong but I made a photo frame for my parents and all their Childern and my mother God rest her soul would feel the need to pray for one of us children or if one of us, I ask you to pray for us or if she knew we needed to pray and he would go to that frame problems and keep your hand on that child to pray for them many times and I would have no other way I know I do not believe in God but I, too, not because my mother showed and taught me about him only, but also because I have seen and felt its power and how it moves so when there is no way for it to be, but I'm not trying to push or do anything to change their thinking or feel in that area just to try to explain how I mean some have weird, but I'm not sure it's just so I will say in different ways to pray for people and again sorry for what they have done, but not can not blame all Christians for their behavior I hope you get to experience a more positive experience of other Christians who would not think of stealing anything or do anything to make them I will not push bash I think it is why Christians are increasingly more beaten today because of them trying to force people on how they believe if they do not agree the best way is to walk and not go door to door or campaign on behalf of God when people are busy, but should spend that time to pray for those who are so dead set on changing sad really believe that Christians should live according to God's will and preach the word of God for what it is, but I also think they should do is where they belong and not in another finger and pray for God to come on their own and if not then leave them alone in it all I know this will get thumbs down Atheist, along with some Christians, but that push people further from God and religion to try to choke on the word of God instead of praying for people
