I know several black priest, both African-Americans and Africans. In fact during the last decades the number of priests from Africa has more than tripled.

Absolutely, but you have to be Catholic, however, race does not matter, only God, before God all are equal. Do not let anyone make you believe that b / c of color yout can not be a priest.
