Can we make Scientology as a Christian? They are Catholic or Protestant? The Bible they use?

I know nothing about Scientology, but said they are Christians. If you are Christian, they do call a Scientologist and non-Christians? What makes us different? Are they the same that even Christian?
Are they the same as Anglican, Unitarian, Orthodox, etc.?

Tell me if this sounds something like Christianity …
This is what Scientologists actually believe:
Xenu was an alien ruler of the "Galactic Confederacy" who, 75 million years ago, brought billions of people to Earth in spaceships seem Douglas DC-8 aircraft, stacked around volcanoes and blew hydrogen bombs. Their souls are grouped together and stuck to the bodies of the living. The alien souls continue to do this today, causing a variety of physical ill-effects in humans of today. L. Ron Hubbard (a science fiction writer and creator of Scientology) called these clustered spirits "Body Thetans", and the advanced levels place considerable emphasis on Scientology in isolate and neutralize their harmful effects.
To get rid of "Body Thetans" and also "engrams" (past negative experiences stored in our unconscious mind) so that we can become "clear", we must go through "auditing" with a member of the "church" using an "e-meter" to measure our "reactive mind "…… and we pay with lots and lots of money for the "audit" and take courses of Scientology to advance to higher "levels" in the "church". The "Church" has also taken a very hostile attitude toward psychiatry and psychiatric drugs, regardless of the fact that some people require medication to remain adequately functional in everyday life and has been known to withhold prescription pharmaceuticals from members ( with fatal results).
Scientology is undeniably a cult. Every cult can be defined as a group having all of the following five characteristics:
      (1) It uses psychological coercion to recruit, indoctrinate and retain its members. (2) It is a totalitarian society, elitist. (3) Its founder leader is self-appointed, dogmatic, messianic, not accountable and has charisma. (4) is considered "the end justifies the means" to solicit funds and recruit people. (5) Your wealth does not benefit its members or society.
Cults are very harmful. To stay within the strict mental and social boundaries of a cult by the time, even a short can have the following disastrous effects:
The loss of choice and free will. Diminished intellectual ability, vocabulary and sense of humor. Reduced use of irony, abstractions and metaphors. Reduced capacity to form intimate relationships and flexible. Poor judgment. The physical deterioration. Malnutrition. Hallucinations, panic, dissociation, guilt, identity diffusion and paranoia. Neurotic, psychotic or suicidal.

They are nothing, they believe in a religion than a science fiction writer made up! They believe there are evil spirits in the body of a land that had passed nuclear war, and the only way to purge them is to follow the guidelines they have. L. Ron Hubbard, Scientology seriously sad before making the fastest way to get rich is to make your own religion. Note Hubbard was a paranoid schizophrenic drug addict. However, the rich suckers keep buying in.

  3. Church Music Girl says:

For anyone or group that is considered 'Christian' who must believe in one God who created everything, that Jesus is the only Son of God and that Jesus died for our sins and rose again. For example, Mormons do not consider themselves Christians do not believe that Jesus is the Son of God.
Regarding the use of a cross, the cross that Christians use an instrument was originally symbolic of the death penalty by the Roman Empire. Many world cultures have symbols are crosses, some of them before Christianity.

  4. Warren H says:

It is not Christian. Much more delusional. They are in some rare and exotic things that these strange machines.

  5. AJ says:

Scientologists do not claim to be Christians, their information is incorrect.
Scientology is a joke, which was created by a science fiction writer who thought he could get rich by inventing a religion … much more like other religions were created - for power and influence. It worked, made a fortune selling.

Sorry, Scientology are not Christians, but may be part of any church of their chossing. Thre-Scientologists are Christians, Muslims Scientology, Buddhism Scientologist.
Scientology is not a belief system, but a series of processes that a person uses to find your own truth. Here are some principles.
      1. What is true for you is what I observe you to be true.
      2. Man is his spirit, his mind or body. This is a belief common to many religions.
      3. The mind creates its own mind. Please do not confuse the mind and brain, which is a physical thing. The mind is composed of mental image pictures, as explained in Dianetics. These images illustrate the spirit of giving knowledge and experiance. These tables are composed of energy. The energy in the image can affect the spirit. You can feel better, remembering something you like or angry by remembering something else. These emotions are actually energy waves emanated by the picture. You may feel pain when recalling a memory of pain. Sometimes, these photographs are accompanied by the ideas and considerations. Lets assume that you father beat your mother in front of you. His father was the dominant figure could therefore conclude that we must act like your father in some Situacions. This is what we call an aberration in Scientology (the conclusion that is imposed on you by a mental image). This picture is what we call an engram, a memory of pain that affects their approach and free will.
      4. The spirit is capable of considerations and ideas and these ideas are based only on beautyfullness ugliness. The spirit of rejecting the ugly things and intends to make everything beautiful. Do you like your car, your house, your job, your friends? Are you good friends with you? Can we improve things in your life? All these are ideas based on beautyfullness ugliness. Therefore rejects the spirits of the unpleasant memories and the rejection of unpleasant memories (not face) that is inadvertently affected by them.
      5. You can download the energy in these photos, the real communication. This is the audit, the auditor directs attention to this photo, no matter how ugly you are and deal with the image and download the power of the true picture of the communication line. It's as if you have the battery in order to discharge the battery needs expressed against something. If you try to comply against his car will make you wedge.
Scientology is a very interesting religion that takes years of study for teachers. Just to mention some key issues. Scientology is so advanced and so different that people can not understand. People think they know everything there is to know about life. And when they see Scientology jump to conclusions when in reality they have no idea what they're talking. The reality is that attacks the man who can not understand. That's why Scientology gets such bad press.

Here is some information about Scientology, which may help answer your questions. Also the word "church" if you look in a dictionary has several definitions, one is simply "a congregation". Not unique to the Christian faith. Same for the cross as a symbol.
Anyway I hope the following clarifies things a bit. I myself have been a Scientologist for the past 34 years. I grew up in the Jewish faith and although I am not a practicing Jew and do not belong to a synagogue still consider myself a Jew from a cultural standpoint.
Scientology is an applied religious philosophy. When I say "applied" I mean people actually use in your life to change or improve existing conditions. This is different from a religious practice. All religions, if we learn of them have a basic philosophy, but also have certain dogma, rituals and ceremonies, and a certain faith or belief is necessary. There is nothing wrong with this, but Scientology is not that kind of religion. Not to interfere in anyones beliefs belief in particular in the field of God, the Supreme Being, or infinity. This matter is left entirely to the individual, so that practice can be a Jew, for example, and still use and apply the priniciples of Scientology in his life. It does not conflict. If something is going to improve your understanding of your chosen religious practice.
You may not have religious beliefs and benefit from its use.
And it is only true for you according to your own observation and experience with it.
It is a nondenominational religion. The dictionary definition that applies:
Religion: The spiritual or emotional attitude of those who recognize the existence of a superhuman power or powers.
The most basic tenet of Scientology is that you are your own immortal soul, that this is not a "thing" you have but what they really are.
The purpose of Scientology is to increase understanding of an individual and self consciousness. And therefore their native capabilities.
By doing this the area and the area of his positive influence increases and moves outward into his life, his family, his friends, his groups and mankind which is a party.
How do we achieve this result is the "technology" of Scientology, which was developed by L. Ron Hubbard after his extensive research and discoveries made on the human spirit. The philosophy of religion and basic knowledge of Scientology is very old, dating back 10,000 years at least to the Veda or Vedic Hymns from the East. The developments of the technology is new.
He completed his research before his death in 1986 and left all his results and copyrights
the Church of Scientology with most of his considerable personal wealth when he died.
He published a book in 1951 to communicate the basic principles he discovered called: "Scientology Fundementals of thought"
There are over 8 million Scientologists in more than 150 countries worldwide. However, it is a new religion, only 53 years old.
The true story of Scientology as a religion is as follows:
      1. A philosopher develops a philosophy about life and death.
      2. People find it interesting.
      3. People find it works.
      4. People pass along to others.
      5. Grow.
The cross as a symbol predates Christianity.
The Scientology cross is symbolic because it has 8 points.
These represent the 8 Dynamics or 8 parts of life thro 'each individual is striving to survive. These are the calls for the existence of 8 different areas:
      Dynamic Auto 1
Dynamics 2 creativity, sex, family structure, parenting
Dynamic 3 groups or as a group, race, etc.
      Dynamic 4 Mankind
Dynamics 5 ways of life, plants, animals, birds, etc.
Dynamics of 6 physical or material universe (matter energy space and time)
7 Dynamic spiritual universe, the spiritual source of life.
Dynamic 8 God, Supreme Being, infinity, or infinity.
Scientology does not use the Bible as Scripture.
You use the written and recorded spoken words of L. Ron Hubbard. He explained the theology and technologies of Scientology in more than 500,000 pages of writing, incliding dozens of books and over 2000 public tape recorded lectures.
He said it was a man like other men. He was a dear friend and teacher, and still respected and loved.
There is a very comprehensive book produced by the Church of Scientology called "What is Scientology."
This book answers questions and offers comprehensive information on Scientology, its structure, technology, wealth and social programs.
      Most libraries have a copy.

Scientology not a religion at all, let alone a Christian denomination. There is nothing more than a scam to separate people wrong and gullible (commonly called "mad" or "suckers") from their money. Scientology leaders not to touch a Bible with a walking stick.
"In Scientology doctrine, Xenu is a galactic ruler who, 75 million years ago, brought billions of people to Earth, stacked around volcanoes and blew them with hydrogen bombs. Their souls are grouped together and stuck to the bodies of the living. These events are known as "Incident II" or "The Wall of Fire" and the traumatic memories associated with them are known as the "R6 implant."

  10. Gary R says:

Scientologists are definitely not Christian, who believe in Christ. In reality they have no direct belief in a supreme being other than themselves. One of his most cherished doctrines is that man has no limits and with hard work and determination of man can do anything.
