Catholic teen-questions
The Catholic church is not biblical. Doctrine is false!
Here is the truth about the Catholic Church …
When I was a seminar sought the reasons for Catholicism did not work - Why all the years as an altar boy, all the rosaries, novenas, Masses, Stations of the Cross, so he never made a difference.
The answer was in his Gospel message. All religions in the world can be defined by the Gospel message - what should people do to get to heaven?
The Bible is clear: "It is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this not from yourselves it is the gift of God - not by works, lest any man should boast." [Ephesians 2:8-9] came to Christ by faith and faith in Christ, with absolutely no work - it was all for what Jesus did. Just sorry for my sin, believed that Jesus claimed to be, and then submitted my life to its control.
Now what I discovered about the Catholic Church was to have a gospel contrary to the Bible. I went to eight years in Catholic elementary school and knew what it was, but the study seminar explains the origin of his belief.
The Catholic Gospel says that "you get to heaven by the grace of God through the death of Jesus on the cross" (so far so good - sounds good). But how to receive this grace is by faith and faith alone (a gift such as Ephesians 2:8-9 says), not the way a person receives the grace to be saved (according to Catholics) is to "do things" (works), including:
1. Going to Mass Grace =
2. Say Catholic prayers (Our Father, Hail Mary, rosaries, etc.) = grace
3. To receive the communion of grace =
4. Being baptized (infant) = grace
5. Go to the confession of grace =
6. Help others = grace
7. Make a novena of grace =
8. Make the Stations of the Cross grace =
and on, and so on ….. everything you do brings a bit of grace …………….
Then, according to the Catholic Church: "If you die in a state of grace, then you can go to heaven — the time! You have to stop in purgatory for an indefinite period (in millions of years?). Purgatory is a place like hell (torment and agony), but the difference is that you will one day - once that "you have paid for their sins." (However, Christ on the Cross said, just before die, "It is finished" meant that the price for sin has been paid!)
However, there is a problem that a Catholic could lose all its grace gained by committing a mortal sin! A mortal sin is a sin premeditated basically one of the Ten Commandments, like killing someone, adultery, theft, using the Lord's name in vain, losing Sunday Mass, etc. Any of these sins done with a volunteer heart caused all accumulated grace to disappear. Thus, if then died without any grace, then you went nonstop to hell.
However, if you could run a Catholic priest and get your sins forgiven, then picked up a little more grace again, and were back on the road to heaven - at least until the next mortal sin dumped all your grace again.
Basically, the Catholic gospel is a "work" of the gospel, that is, "is what Jesus did on the Cross PLUS my work puts me into heaven." But the true Gospel of the Bible, salvation by faith and faith in Jesus - does not work allowed and accepted - all based solely on what Jesus did.
At the seminar I learned that the basic Catholic doctrine was set at the Council of Trent (1545-1563), 19th ecumenical council of the Catholic Church, which met in response to the Protestant Reformation starting a general reform of the church and to define its essential dogmas). In this Council, which came with a group of "fees" (ecclesiastical law) of which one said this: "If anyone believes that salvation is by faith and faith alone, then let him be anathema (launched in
Hell). " The Catholic Church denying its basic doctrine of salvation by faith and faith in Christ. However, the Bible says, "For by grace are ye saved through faith - and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God - not by works, lest any man should boast. "[Ephesians 2:8-9]
Everything I said a moment ago about the Catholic Church is available in any Catholic catechisms, summarizing his teachings.
The Catholic Church is a false religion, and anyone who dies believing and trusting in their false gospel will be eternally condemned to hell.
Check out the Ten Commandments. Realize that you are a sinner and need God to save you from eternal hell. Repent (away) from their sins and accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Get a Bible and read it every day!
1. is appropriate for a man to wear a medal of Mary?
sure.
2. What evidence do we have of the Immaculate Conception of Mary?
WRITING::
Luke 1:28 - Hail, full of grace in Greek, this is written as "Chaire kecharitomene. Chaire = formal greeting. Kecharitomene = are full of grace at the perfect time of grace (from conception, and has always been this way)
Genesis 3:15 - Mary is the New Eve … Eva had no original sin
Mary is the ark of the covenant new. He gave God's presence. I quote from a website:
St. Luke also draws a parallel between Mary and the Ark of the Covenant in the account of the Visitation (Luke 1:39-52). Compare that to 2 Samuel 6:4-16, where David tries to bring the original Ark in Jerusalem. Both the chest and Mary are traveling. David dances before the Ark, John leaps in the womb. David says: "How shall the ark of the Lord comes to me?" (2 Sa 6:9), Elizabeth says, "Who am I, that the mother of my Lord should come to me" (Lk 1 : 43). The ark remained in the house for three months Obededom (2 Sa 6:11), Mary stayed at Elizabeth's house for three months (Lk 1:56) http://members.tripod.com/ ~ maryimmaculat. ..
3. why cannot married priests as the disciples were?
This can be changed because it is a discipline for the Latin rite, also, some priests are married, and there are exceptions. Also, priests are a number of responsibilities to not have much time with the family.
1. Yes, very appropriate.
2. Many miracles, apparitions of Mary in Lourdes, France. We also know that Jesus in his divinity, can not tolerate sin, and it would have been unbearable for him to spend nine months in the womb of a sinner. Mary, without sin, is not divine, and is infinitely less than God, so do not require a mother without sin.
3. There are some married priests, but usually have a vow of celibacy, because the Church believes that you can better serve the Church and God to be their # 1 priority, if they have families to care for.

Everything about the Catholic Church is biblical.
Peace be with you

1. No. The second commandment forbids the recorded images.
2. umm scratch?
3. It seems to be cheaper than the priests remain unmarried. Thus, the church saves to help the whole family along. It is sufficient to support the same priest. This, unfortunately, leads many priests to be sexually immoral, anyway.
Responses to the question:
1. Yes
2. The Holy Scriptures
3. The priests are married. They are married to the Church. St. Paul has much to say about the individual who will devote themselves completely to God. The priests are among individuals.
Keep asking .. is how to get answers.
1. Shows the devotion to Our Lady. As Catholics, we see no problem with honoring the Mother of Our Lord and asking for their prayers. Who better to pray with us and for us that the same person to whom God chose to know and love his Son as an entirely unique?
2. What "evidence" we have the resurrection? Suffice to say that these events have a larger (archetypal) the importance of not only the superficial appearance, historical. Immaculate Conception of Mary is the result of much reflection and prayer and long-standing devotion to the Church. As early as 431, the Council of Ephesus declared Mary the "Theotokos" meaning "Mother of God" or "Mother of God." This title was quite an honor, but ultimately points to Christ, because in essence, says: Mary was the Mother of Christ and Christ is truly God. Therefore, she is the Mother of God (the Son). Since Christ took human nature of Mary (as he took his divine nature), it was appropriate that God makes Mary without sin. After all, why God wants a ship to carry his sin perfect, sinless Son when could free Mary from original sin in its place? In the Old Testament, the Ark of the Covenant carried God's presence with him, and was so holy (made from "pure" and "without blemish" of gold) that if a man touched her, died instantly . Why, then, God would not even prepare a worthy vessel in sending Christ to us? It was necessary to: understand that. Christ could have been saved only original sin itself, but it was adequate and appropriate, given that God could have made and tradition says that he did, we also believe that this is the case. Perhaps a good metaphor is this: While we do not have to clean the cup we use to keep the blood of the Lord, each of mass, anyway. Why make a ship garbage to keep the Precious Blood of El Salvador? Not only would it be unhealthy, it would be improper, inappropriate, for the grand purpose of such use of a cup.
3. However, in the early church, they could. In fact, in the Eastern Orthodox Church, and even the Eastern Rite Catholic Church today, married men can continue the priests (although priests may not marry or remarry after receiving holy orders and the bishops are be chosen only from celibacy). Over time, however, there were two main issues: (1) positions of power in the Church were becoming hereditary and much of the resulting corruption. To stop this, around 1000-1200 (I think), the celibacy of priests began to be encouraged. The Church is becoming more firm in insisting on this as the years passed. (2) The priests were expected to imitate and follow Christ wholeheartedly and really felt that married life was comfortable though, overshadowed by the level of care and devotion that the priests could give to their ministries. St. Paul said the same in his First Letter to the Corinthians, going so far as to say that sometimes you want that "everyone can be like me" as to celibacy. For him and for the Church has evolved, the spouse divide the attention of the clergy, which must be above all fulfilling their duties to the Church. Moreover, celibacy also went back to an old Levitical tradition, in which the priests would abstain had sex the night before slaughter. So often the priests were asked to abstain, so before celebrating Mass the next morning. Obviously when you are dealing with married couples here, this kind of thing is difficult … well, "enforce". These issues helped lead to a celibate priesthood. But today, more and more talk is taking place at a time while allowing married men to become priests. In fact, Anglican and Orthodox clergy who convert to Catholicism and wish to become priests (these groups allow married men to be ordained) are already allowed, if elected, to be priests. At my school, my teacher of theology is an Anglican priest married and has just accepted as an official Catholic priest (who has been waiting for a while). So now there are some married priests around, and probably will see more as time passes.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
1.) Yes

3.) Not all the disciples were married. Paul said that a married man will worry about how to please his wife but unmarried man and worry how to please the Lord. =)
1. Yes
2. Acts
3. Because of that stand in the way of your spiritual life.
yes
catachism, Bible, mystics

1. I did when I was Catholic and my mother never complained, so I guess the answer is yes.
2. None. Most of the Bible is based on pure faith. If you need evidence to believe in something, then that religion is for you.
3. Why we can not have sex before marriage? For the same reason.
The first thing I do after inventing the first machine in the world is again a hundred years before the Bible was written and create my own book of rules. Then I will travel 100 years ahead and kill the idiots who created the Bible before writing the first page. Heck, you may even discover that Jesus never existed.
