How to deal with the differences between Catholics and Protestants?
How to deal with such issues as: the pope, asking the saints, the high status of Mary, purgatory, baptisim child, communion is the body of Christ litral, etcetra? The things that most Protestant churches rejected as unbiblical?

Yes, I used to be a Protestant (Moravian) for 50 years, 25 of those years as a minister. I've spent my entire adult life as an academic teaching and study. I teach early church history, patristic, America and OT studies in seminaries. Most of my life was an anti-Catholic and never had the desire to be Catholic. But I tried to show the Catholic Church wrong, but in my research I have found, much to my regret, that the Catholic Church was always correct. For years I have reflected on Jesus' last prayer before his arrest and crucifixion where He prayed that all be one as He and the Father are one. This prayer for unity is a clear sign to me that we will be one in the Church He founded on the basis of the disciples continued through apostolic succession. To be in the will of God, I knew I had to be Catholic.
The real differences between Protestants and Catholics are few and most often only differences in worldview. Protestant faith bibliocentric approach in a Catholic while the focus is Cristocentric. But as a result of this difference, Protestants tend to be more humanistic, with the desire of a God who serves them, while Catholic Christians are happy to serve God and depend on His grace.
Doctrinal differences are reconciled by the study and written about the particular differences in my blog in the perspective of an ex-Protestant. However, Catholic doctrine satisfy both reason and faith and adults in the scholarship and have the indelible mark of the inspiration of the Holy Spirit in their accuracy and consistency with Scripture, history and patristic evidence. Protestant doctrines can not approach a bear under the same scrutiny. My blog is here: http://fiatvolvntastua.blogspot.com/
To put it in simpler terms, the Church offers the fullness of truth and practice and the opportunity for one to be totally on the will of God.
God bless!

I was raised Methodist. I became Catholic 13 + years and I only wish I had found the true faith before.
What convinced me? Truth. Having been raised with a "Bible alone" mentality that was difficult for me to see the Scriptures differently. But I consistently interpret the Bible and then make God fit my interpretation, I was amazed at all the scriptures have to offer. The use of the Catholic Church and the interpretation of the Word of God, is multifaceted. Use of Old and New Testament, understanding, typology, Sacred Tradition, and Church history, I was impressed by the sense of how much all Catholicism teaches.
All questions (as you call them) are biblical.

There is nothing that contradicts Catholic Scripture only "personal" interpretation (which equates to personal opinion) of Scripture.

There are many resources in many out there, and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Read it.
I do not have time to answer now, but was baptized a Lutheran even though I was an unbeliever until I was 25.
The funny thing is, those who say Catholic teachings are Biblical not know much about how our doctrine and biblical. I will star this question, and one of my contacts answer for you.
