The heart of Catholicism is the belief that Jesus Christ is essential. Practice their faith regardless of what people say and do not worry. I say to you as a "born again" Christian who wants my church was as friendly as yours about Jesus.

I am an evangelical (Southern Baptist) and I think it's sad that many Catholics do not think as Christians. The type of church is not as important as their relationship with Christ.
I do not agree with all Catholic teaching, but when I have my pastors sermons to the Bible that do not always agree with him either.
Keep reading the Bible with an open heart and asking God to show you the truth about all issues and he will do well.
I feel I have had the experience he has had. All people, not only Christians, act on matters without really knowing what they are talking at times. When Christians are unfortunately giving a black eye to the faith and to reinforce the idea that Christians are ignorant and lack critical thinking skills.

Actually, you do not know where I only know what they believe and that's all any of us .. what we believe.
They can not say with 100% certainty who is going to hell for their beliefs, B / C may be that they go to hell for them.

    All religious people are delusional.

  6. Me says:

"You shall not put other gods before me" … there is no reason to put the saints and the Pope before God. when Jesus died for you that has changed. Now you can continue straight to God. it is a sin that can get to hell (if you repent of source). that's the truth. If you read the Bible .. then you know it. I am not judging .. that's just a simple budget. I am not a drug addict, alcoholic and I've never been in jail.

Bible reading: Acts 16:31 b: Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.
Do you believe in Jesus Christ? Then you will be saved. (And yes, I know that belief is not servile, but the conviction that change, but given the context of the question, I doubt that matters.) Catholic or Protestant, I am not God, but I doubt that would be demanding.
If God sends us to hell for believing that the doctrine wrong, then we are all doomed because everyone is wrong about something. And I bet the arrogance to believe you know everything you send to Hell faster than "the worship of idols." People sin when they worshiped idols. But all hell was created for the sin of arrogance.

That is very sad that you judge …..
Are not you of all Christians anyway?
Why not work toward the same goal?
I do not see that ……
But once again born-again Christians are a joke to me …..

I'm sorry you had to hear that so many times. I grew up in the lives of Protestants and seen a lot of Protestant Christians say that Catholics are lost, so I think that when you say you're experiencing this. Actually, I think we Protestants do not think that way are few and far between, sad to say.
Personally, I think this is something that is derived from the Reformation. While it is true, the Catholic Church was not very good (the indulgences and all) and I think in many respects, the Protestants have this idea in his head that the Catholic Church continues this way. In addition, there are some interesting theological differences between the two and sometimes it is very difficult for people around him.
I personally believe that salvation is based upon acceptance of the grace of God through Jesus Christ and choosing to live our lives with him. The rest is peripheral theology. On behalf of my Protestant brothers and sisters - I'm sorry for all those comments. Please have a little peace that not everyone feels that way.

first of all born-again Christians who came together were not good. meet those in a church Babtist or somewhere that is not a prison because they have not been meeting obvisouly a born-again Christians. Second, Catholics do not read the same Bible chapters in her Bible was added, and U also have a Pope who acts like he is better than everyone else wihich is wrong because God says in the Bible that all human beings are equal. and one thing that Christians do not agree with and neither does the Bible say about how Batise when a baby is, why it is wrong is because when you're a kid you can not make your mind you want to live the rest of his life to Jesus Christ. and not to mention that in addition to any worship the Lord is bad, which is in the ten commendments. Shoould ANYONE tell anyone that they go to hell because we are the ones to do that only God can do that. we should not judge anyone or anything we can do is try to bring others on the right track.

Well, I've never said. However, you have a preponderance of the statues in his church and to some that smacks of idolatry.
I agree with you but really have no room to talk because, along with some practices of Catholics who still follow all the same he received pagan beliefs of the Catholic Church, Sunday worship, Christmas, Easter, etc.
I married a Catholic on the road. I know that many Catholics are good people and some evangelicals who are too. I still think they are wrong, but never say they were going to hell. That's not my place to judge.

  14. eagleper says:

Born-again Christians, or what we call heretics, are themselves lost and isolated from the true church according to their Catholicism and Scripture.
You should be familiar with the following:
      Apostolic Succession
The autrhority Christ grants to His Apostles (and only them!)
The history of the Protestant Reformation. (Martin Luther and Henry VIII.
Read and you will be surprised. As for Born Against: are truly sad fate.

  15. Joel C says:

Wow … is the meeting of Christians wrong. Being Catholic does not prevent him from being a Christian … but still needs to come to Christ as their only means of salvation, and the Catholic Church (the doctrine of the Roman church) does not teach that. I know that Catholics are also Christians, but have to go beyond just what the doctrine of the Church teaches. There are also some Protestant churches, Catholic in the U.S. who teach salvation by Christ, but their position is not compatible with official Catholic doctrine. Simply follow Christ, the denomination is really secondary.
