You must be a little more action. A Catholic diocese is a geographical region by a bishop. Whose diocese are you talking about? In my diocese, the bishops have always protected the children. We have had two priests abusing young people in the past 40 years and both went to jail, while the bishop stood for the victims and their families. Of course, this policy was not followed everywhere, as it should have been. But since 2002, the U.S. bishops have taken steps to do the right thing. Now .... whose diocese is talking about and what events you want to use in his argument against?
