I am struggling to find a religion?
I do not think anything in the Catholic Bible (Jesus, Mary, etc), but I believe in God and life after death. Is there any religion that had these beliefs?

It will help with what religion fits your beliefs better.
If you feel you have faith, why not investigate all religions. At least the most important. I'm Jewish, but have studied Christianity, Mormons (I'm studying now), Catholicism, Hinduism (did not get what I liked and revert to more) and hope to study Islam on day one. Understand religions does not mean you agree with them. I understand that Christianity pretty well for a non-Christian, but I disagree with him and do not expect to agree with me. I think there are elements of beautiful and some not so great elements of all religions (including mine).
Shul When I was younger I told my parents no longer wanted to be Jewish to attend, kosher, etc. My father, a rabbi, said he was fine, but I had to explain my decision to him. I could not because it made me laziness and desire to be with "normal people" (I like calling non-Jews at the time). Since I had to find a reason why he researched and again for different reasons. For every reason there was a question he could not answer. At some point in the process I learned about my religion and others, and found my heart belonged in my own religion. He gave me the greatest gift anyone could give a person. RAM not their beliefs down my throat, but I put in my own journey and did not even realize I was in one until a couple of weeks into it when I was deeply fascinated by the things he was discovering not only on the Judaism, but all religions.
If you want to know what is right for you, only you can make the decision.
Good luck.
seek spirituality not religion, there are many spiritual paths, you can always claim a pagan path is a general term for those who believe, but can not get into organized religion and any religion that is not one of the 3 major religions (Islam, judism, and Christianity)
Unitarian Universalism sounds very close. I'll try to summarize it for you.
The belief in a god.
I believe Jesus existed and was a great man, but was not the son of God.
I think everyone is accepted in heaven.
We believe that freedom of religion is important.
They believe in freedom of expression, sexual orientation and ethnicity.
Nothing is forced upon you.
You can believe almost anything you want, except that you must believe in tolerance.
The truth is always hated and called or bad names.do agree with that? it is religion, which is now spreading worldwide faster and more widespread in the U.S.? relilgion which is called the world's most evil people .. islam.but or tell the truth is that Islam is only path.islam right christainity = true = true = judaim love of God.
You can believe what you want, but religion is not what saves. And if you believe in Jesus might also believe at all. Religion without Christ is the man trying to make their way to God. Christianity is believing that God came in the flesh (Jesus Christ) to save the man, born of a virgin, crucified and risen. Believing in Jesus Christ and be filled with the Holy Spirit is the only way to heaven. The fruits of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self shining through you if you are saved. We hope soon to meet Jesus …. Before it's too late!
Just wanted to add:
I have a text in my current phone with my daughter of a young man he knew who had died in his sleep last night. He was in his early twenties. He had a vision just a few days ago and was saved, some people are not so blessed and death comes unannounced. Be prepared.
If you believe in God, it means nothing. The demons believe in God but tremble. Jesus is the only way to heaven. John 14:6 - I am the way the truth and the life: no man cometh to the Father except through me. If you do not believe in Jesus, never enter the kingdom of God. Like it or not, is what it is.
Just my thoughts!
Well, obviously your dumb as shiit …. such personal and controversial question on Yahoo Answers? Go research each to find what you think is right, and not listen to most randoms …
But to answer your question … I would say that Islam .. Despite … a lot of racism Islam is the religion of peace. This is the worlds most fastest growing religion and because some extremists blowing themselves up and put a name on Islam, does not mean that we are all well. Simply, the ruin of others. When you meet a Muslim person really … you find that it is a kind of heart and if ever his guest … will be treated like a king.
Yes, there are many.
Wold as a Muslim I recommend reading about Islam from Islamic sources.

then find a good translation of the Koran,
The Quran is a message from God to all people, God tells them why they were created, what He wants them to do and what not to do.
Choose Jesus God chooses, not a religion of works. Trying to earn salvation is not what Jesus came for.
Do you have a Bible ????? I urge you to read the New Testament for yourself.
I was surprised-I was blinded by the light of truth, Jesus, when I learned that God saves you completely-without rules or rituals do not pray will not sacred sites, etc.
I used to be a Catholic. Now I am saved.
Catholicism is false. Catholicism can not save.
Only Jesus saves.
The truth about Jesus is that the only way to save and enter heaven and avoid being sent to eternal hell is by believing in faith alone that Jesus, who is God, died for our sins on the cross and rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). To believe in this and is saved!
Please pray now: "Jesus, please forgive my sins. I believe you died on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead. Thank you for eternal life! "You will be in heaven with Him forever when you die.
I am an atheist, but if you believe in such things, then you should go with being "not religious", which means he believes in God, etc., but not religion.
There is no need to label yourself just to believe what you believe, as close to what we are probably talking about if deism (no life after the death of something)
Deadly Kitteh HAZ Spokane!
I suggest you look in Islam, we believe there is one God who had messengers and prophets of mankind to spread his message, a much misunderstood religon
Do some research and try to find something you can get on board with …
If you still can not find a "religion" believes only what he believes.
Try a non-denominational church that teaches only the Holy Bible! (Also check out: Notreligion.com)
Do not choose religion, choose atheism.
Start a religion
I'm Catholic …… and not at all what it seems. The media and everyone sounded as bad … but not at all.
Christianity is not a religion of all others are …… bd
nothing that says you go to hell for not following you may want to avoid.
Why bother?
Atheism is the smart choice.
stop looking for one.
I do not think there is. Someone once set the type of beliefs as a cafeteria "Christian." That is one that collects and selects what he believes and what does not.
The road of life
Psalm 16:11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy;
Job 12:10 In whose hand is the soul of every living thing and the breath of all mankind.
Eternal life is offered
1 John 5:11 And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. : 12 He that hath the Son hath life, and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. : 13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God, that ye may know that ye have eternal life and to believe in the name of the Son of God.
GOD'S GIFT OF LIFE
Death is inevitable
Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and so death passed upon all men because all sinned
Eternal life is a gift
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Jesus shared with us in life and death
Hebrews 2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that by the grace of God should taste death for everyone.
Hebrews 2:14 Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in the same, that through death might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, 15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage
POWERFUL LIFE
Jesus rose from the dead
Luke 24:1 Now the first day of the week, very early in the morning, came to the tomb bringing the spices they had prepared, and certain others with them. : 2 And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb. : 3 And he went, and found the body of Jesus. 4 And it came to pass, as there were very perplexed, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: 5 And as they were afraid, and threw himself at Jesus said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? : 6 He is not here but is risen:
The apostle Paul wrote of Jesus Christ
Romans 1:4 And declared to be the Son of God in power according to the spirit of holiness by his resurrection from the dead:
RESURRECTIOM LIFE
Death is not the end.
"Jesus said I am the resurrection and the life: he that believeth in me, though he die, shall live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Do you believe this? "John 11:25, 26
Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the blink of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then is carried out the word that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? Where, O grave, thy victory? 1 Cor 15:51 -56
Looking ahead
How can we address these things?
Not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. John 14:1
And if I go and prepare a place for you you, I will come again and receive you unto myself that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and know the road. TOMAS said: Lord, we know where you are going and how we know the way? Jesus said I am the way, truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father except through me. John 14:3, 6
Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: "For your sake we face death all day, we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. But in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature can separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Rom 8:35 -39
Our need for God
However, I am continually with thee: thou hast held my right hand. You guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory. Whom have I in heaven? and there is none on earth that I desire beside you. My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Psalm 73:23 -26
Search me, O God, and know my heart test me and know my thoughts and see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting. Psalm 139:23
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but eternal l
Only one road leads to heaven, Jesus gave the keys to Peter, and now in the hands of Benedict XVI. (Catholicism).
a large number of them actually. Look at some of the pagan belief systems - all of rebirth, none of the blame.
