Question for fellow Catholics about reconciliation / confession?

First, it is allowed in the Catholic religion to have a line of reconciliation? Sounds silly, but it really would be no different then if he had regular Reconciliation.   Secondly, if the answer to the first question is yes, then there is a site for it?   Curious about this. Related posts:
