Are Catholic priests who sexually abuse young children made closet homosexual?
The reason I ask is that the Catholic church is very anti-gay, and perhaps believe that priests will be "less risky" to act on their sexual impulses in children than in, say, male prostitution.
Not an easy question, I realize, but it is good to understand the threats that exist.
